Job Title MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Reporting to BOARD OF GOVERNORS

Main duties and responsibilities

• As Chief Executive, will be responsible for the day to day running and managing of the hospital as Chairperson of Kiwoko hospital s management team
• Provides strategic leadership for the hospital and nurtures relationships with its donors
• As Chief Accounting Officer, be responsible for budget oversight of the hospital

Required qualifications

• Be registered with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBCHB) from a
  recognized university/institution with a valid practicing license
• Possess postgraduate studies in a medical specialty or clinical discipline, or Health Services
  Management from recognized institution of learning
• Possess not less than 5 years’ working experience, and should have senior administrative and leadership experience preferably from a medical institution.
• Be a person of integrity and with a good track record in communication skills and interpersonal relations.
• Be above 35 years of age
• Be computer literate and knowledgeable.
• Salary package is attractive and negotiable.
