Job Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and providing accurate results for patients. This includes processing samples, conducting blood tests, and preparing specimens for analysis. The technician will work closely with doctors and nurses to ensure proper diagnoses and contribute to the effective treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and process patient samples for laboratory tests.
• Conduct a range of diagnostic tests on blood, urine, and other samples.
• Record and report test results accurately.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper sanitation.
• Collaborate with medical staff to discuss test results and provide recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
