Medical Records Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY
Supervising the Hospital Medical Records unit etficiently and effectively with due regard to the safety and confidentiality of records and information on patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• A Bachelors Degree in Medical Records Management or in Library and information Science or the equivalent. Must be computer literate. Working knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis, as well as additional training and qualification in administration is a competitive advantage.
  
• At least 5 years‘ relevant working experience including managerial/administrative roles preferably in a Medical Records Unit
  
• A balanced, mature and dynamic person of at least 30 years.
