Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (Mel) Director (MBALE) IntraHealth seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, (MEL) Director for the USAID's Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in Eastern Uganda (RHITES-E). The MEL Director is a key member of the RHITES E project leadership team reporting to the Chief of Party and collaborating closely with IntraHealth US-based technical staff from IntraHealth Chapel Hill office. S/he is responsible for implementing and maintaining a monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system that excels in capturing and reporting project progress in achieving outcomes and results in program implementation. S/he is also responsible for maintaining a system that will provide USAID with timely and accurate information. S/he will support the Uganda Ministry of Health to build long-term capacity in M&E to support improved health access and outcomes. .
