Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Africa is part of the Germany based foundation “Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung" (HRNS), a not-for-profit organization established in 2005. With the objective of promoting sustainable development, HRNS implements hands-on projects to improve working and living conditions of small-scale coffee farmers. lts activities concentrate on the economic and social development of producer communities by enhancing their competitiveness, forming and strengthening farmer organizations, creating better market linkages and promoting access to important support services, while at the same time promoting sustainable coffee farming and long-term use of natural resources.

For a new USAID funded program addressing climate ; change adaptation in coffee production, HRNS AF is i recruiting for the following positions:

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Function:
The
M&E Officer will:

• Implement a monitoring/data collection system for program activities
  
• Maintain an uptodate program database system
  
• Conduct field assessments and surveys
  
• Analyse collected data
  
• Report findings to program management

Required Skills:

• Education to Bachelor Degree level
• At least 7 years experience in an M&E function
  
• Solid experience with M&E tools and systems
  
• Ability to analyze and process data
  
• Excellent computer skills and experience with data processing programs
