PATH seeks candidates for a five-year, USAID funded, TB project aimed at improving TB case notification and treatment outcomes while addressing the underlying health system barriers that are critical to improving service delivery to contribute to ending the TB epidemic in Uganda. These positions are contingent upon donor funding.

The MEL Advisor will be in charge of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning components of this contract. She/he will develop monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems. The MEL system will include appropriate indicators, baseline data, results and a plan to evaluate performance and produce timely, accurate and complete reporting.
