Monitoring And Evaluation Officer (2) The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will participate in the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plans, facilitate the transfer of knowledge at the program, MoES, district and school levels ensuring a smooth flow of information. S/he will participate in program monitoring, assessments and evaluations. S/he will build capacities of staff and support Monitoring and Evaluation activities and systems at district levels. S/he will work with project staff and stakeholders to develop project briefs and case studies that detail success stories, lessons learned, and best practices across all components.This position will report to the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator.

Qualifications: The position requires candidates with a Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Statistics) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies. Some knowledge of Literacy will be an added advantage.
