Salary:
• Trial Period Salary: Shs 600,000
• Full-Time Salary: Shs 750,000 + 1% commission on sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Motorcycle Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling motorcycle parts, drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories.
2. Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to grow the client base.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
4. Present and sell company products effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights on market trends.
6. Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in motorcycle parts sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle industry and spare parts market is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
