NATIONAL SALES MANAGER: NSM 01
Compuscan CRB Ltd seeks to recruit a skilled, passionate and self-motivated individual to fill the role of National Sales Manager. The role requires strong leadership and management capabilities with an impeccable bias towards people management as well as sales, relationship management and business development, The job shall be based in Kampala with frequent travel up country.
Description of Purpose:
Specifically, the Natural Sales Manager shall be responsible for business growth and retention with a duty to oversee the effectiveness of the Account Management and sales team at Compuscan CRB Ltd. The National sales manager shall report to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate shall be someone who can understand data, integrations. automation of processes, workflows. API's. and selling of components to make a whole/complete business solution‘ Candidates with working experience in selling commercial insurance. Banking, Digital solutions and Micro Finance are encouraged to apply.
