About Us
Established in 1971, African Evangelistic Enterprise - Uganda (AEE-U) exists is part of the global Africa Enterprise International whose mission is to evangelize the cities of Africa through word (proclamation) and deed (social action) in partnership with the church. AEE-U wishes to recruit competent and skilled people who can help to take the organization to the next level. Below are summaries of the positions for which detailed Job Descriptions may be requested for from AEE-U.
National Team Leader:
The National Team Leader (or Chief Executive Officer). He/She is responsible for effective development and pursuit of the organizational vision, mission and the strategic plans for AEE-U; programme effectiveness and impact of AEE-U ministry. He/She ensures strategic directions agreed by the Board of Directors are implemented while also exercising good stewardship over all AEE-U resources and assets. He/She acts as chief public relations officer. Education/Competences: Masters Degree in Education, Social Work and/or Sciences, Business Administration, Organizational Development and/or Leadership, or their equivalents. Training in theology is an added advantage. Experience at leading NGO senior leadership teams; and governance structures is desirable. A mature evangelical Christian professional experienced in multi-denominational work settings. He/She understands current theological and socio-economic issues and trends in Uganda.
