Job Summary:
To support SGBV survivors in coordination with medical staff, OPM, Police and Community structures to reduce and eliminate SGBV occurrence in line with referral path way and donor guidelines, conducting field visits to hospitals, health centers, homes and communities for sensitization, counselling, follow-up and or ensure that assessments or tests required for all individual survivor cases are done and medical treatment given. You are also to implement scheduled planned activities and ensure targets are met in line with the departmental plan.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Provision of appropriate linkages to care and service delivery
• Provide quality, competent, clinical care that enhances the wellbeing of SGBV Survivors.
• Records keeping and management
• Compile Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year, annual and specific activity reports and ensure timely submission to Supervisors.
• Coding, content classification (classifying documents for streamlined access to relevant information), Filing, Organisation(alphabetically) and Storage
• To utilise treatment and care resources appropriately.
• To support and collaborate with peers and other providers within the wider health care team
• To provide nursing care in accordance with appropriate professional and AHA standards.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of a certificate in nursing or midwifery from a recognized institution
• At least two years’ experience in similar position.

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
