JOB DETAILS:
Purpose:
Responsible for care giving and nurturing growth needs of pupils during their contact time with teacher at school. The successful candidate will;
• Establish a conducive learning environment for the learners.
• Undertake an ongoing analysis of learning needs and inculcate values and competencies required for good and upright upbringing of a child
• Accountable for matters relating to the interpretation managing and implementation of the school curriculum in order to fulfil the child's needs according to the planned activities.
• A standing character and ability to think, innovate, and implement set goals and plans.
• Ability to effectively communicate using English language, Energetic, enthusiastic, dedicated, self-disciplined, possessing people and problem solving skills.

Required qualities
• A Registered teacher holding at least a Diploma in Early childhood training or its equivalent from a recognized institution (A degree in Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage)
• Able to practically handle and manage Early Child hood Learning Frame work.
• Skilled in guiding Learners based on their individual learning needs and styles
• Able to effectively communicate using the English language.
• Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment with parents and staff
• Must be Computer literate.
