Global Surgical Initiatives ( GSI ) Inc is a not for 0 Computer skills ’ profit NGO incorporated in Uganda in May 2Ol8 in collaboration with Mt Sinai Hospital of New York, USA. The NGO is located in Kyabiirwa, Jinja District and was started to offer charitable surgical services to the Ugandan community. On completion of construction works of the state-of-the-art surgical facility, Management now seeks to recruit the following:
Post: Nursing Director.

Overall duties include supervising the nursing staff and overseeing patient care as well as other administrative functions. They will oversee the nursing teams working in the operating rooms (instruments and equipment), Recovery rooms, drug dispensing as well as pre and post-operative teams.They will ensure timely, efficient, ethical patient care and service delivery.

 Qualifications & skills
• Preferably Bachelor of Nursing.
• Adequate experience working as a nurse with experience in theatre.
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Computer skills.
