JOB DETAILS:

Purpose of the Post 
Responsible for general cleaning and providing driving services to Rikolto staff and visitors.

Reports to
Administrative Assistant 

Responsibilities
1. Cleaning and ensuring the Rikolto Uganda office is well cleaned, compound cleaning, and maintaining flowers and gardens. 
2. Driving responsibilities for Rikolto staff and visitors.
3. Manage fleet and ensure all Rikolto Uganda vehicles are in a well-mechanized condition.
4. Cleaning Rikolto Vehicles  
5. Assisting the staff with photocopying, binding, and printing 
6. Answering calls and attending to visitors in the absence of an Administrative Assistant 
7. Carrying out any other duties as required for the good of functioning of Rikolto Uganda 

Profile 
1. Uganda Certificate of Education (ordinary level certificate) 
2. A driving license
3. Good command of oral and written English 
4. Elementary computer skills 
5. Good Conduct 
6. A good Driver

Experience 
1. At least one year of experience in office work 
2. Driving both manual and automatic vehicles
3. Experience with customer care
