Kinyara Sugar Limited invites applications for the following vacancies:
Refrigeration & Air condition Technician (1 Post)
Overview
Successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance of air conditioners and fridges in the factory and offices.
Minimum qualification:
Ordinary Diploma in Refrigeration, Heat conditioning from a recognized institution
Experience:
At least 3 years hands on in a busy industry Kinyara Sugar Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
Apprentice Training - 2022/2023
Kinyara Sugar Limited invites applications from both female and male candidates for Apprenticeship training, leading to the prestigious City & Guilds Diploma qualifications in any one of the four different Engineering Trades, namely:
1. Factory Electrician/Instrumentation
2. Fabrication and Welding
3. Machining, Fitting and Plant maintenance
4. Automotive mechanics
The Apprenticeship programme lasts three and a half years. Each successful candidate will be required to pay Tuition fee of UShs: 600,000/= per each academic year.
Qualification Requirements
Each applicant should fulfill the following minimum requirements:
Must have sat 0 - LEVEL NOT MORE THAN THREE YEARS AGO at the time of applying and must have obtained a minimum of CREDIT PASSES in ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS and PHYSICS or PHYSICAL SCIENCE.
Must be NOT MORE THAN 22 YEARS at the time of applying Candidates who have good passes in TECHNICAL DRAWING at 0 or A Level or in MATHEMATICS/ PHYSICS at A-Level will have an added advantage.
NB. Candidates who have certificate or Diploma qualifications in any Engineering trade should not apply.
