OPEN NATIONAL BIDDING-BID NOTICE
Nakasongola District Local Government budgeted for funds to be used in the financial year 2023/2024 in financing its activities, some of which are realised from local revenue facilities/collection centres.
Nakasongola District Local Government invites potential/interested bidders (individuals, associations and companies) for provision of Non Consultancy Services for various Local Revenue facilities in all Sub-Counties and Town Councils.
Bidding shall be done in accordance with Local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations 2006 and its open to all bidders.
Procurement schedule (subject to change) is as follows;
ACTIVITY
Publish bid notice 15th December 2023
Closing/opening date 9th January2024
Evaluation Process 10th-14th January 2024
Display and Communication of Best evaluated bidder 16th January 2024
Contract award and signature After expiry of best evaluated bidder notice
Note: Details of the bidding process and other requirements shall be obtained from Procurement and Disposal Unit Nakasongola District Local Government from 16th December 2023 to 9th January 2024 during from 8:00am-5:00pm working days.
