Mt Elgon Hospital Mbale Ltd located on Plot 10-12, Independence Avenue, in Mbale Municipality is a private hospital which has been in operation since 2010 with a mission of providing quality clinical services
The hospital seeks self-driven young professionals to fill the following vacancies.
3.Operations Manager Reports to – The Chief Executive Officer (1)
A minimum of a first degree in Social Sciences or Public Administration, Social Work & Social Administration, and BBA (Management Option) from a recognized Institution and Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management will be an added advantage. Use Quick books is desirable
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure the organisation is running effectively, efficiently and service delivery is appropriately managed
• To ensure adherence to established policies, procedures and regulations.
• Participate in planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of hospital services and projects
• Compile and submit technical reports to management;
• Maintain adequate medical and non-medical supplies to the hospital and ensure timely delivery
• Supervise the utilization of facilities infrastructure, equipment and its meet Management system
• Monitor and provide timely report of the facilities service contracts with service providers
• Carrying out key human resource management functions
• Ensure that terms stipulated in the contracts are adhered to.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
