Job Summary Brief Description:
Ntare School Old Boys Association (NSOBA) in liaison with the Board of Governors intend to recruit an officer who will coordinate all the school correspondences regarding planning, developing and implementing Public Relations Strategies. All the Old Boys and school activities shall be by this office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining e data base for the school alumni and other well-wishers coordinating them for development purposes t
  
• Maintaining and updating information and engaging with end users on social media
  
• Providing clients with information about new events within the school
  
• Organizing events including press conferences/releases, exhibitions, school open days, meetings and press tours and visits
  
• Communicating with colleagues and key spokespersons and stakeholders
  
• Causing for and maintaining some literature, mini-museum and history of the school since inception
  
• Writing and editing in-house magazines, case-studies, speeches reports, articles, promotional videos, photographs. films and multi-media programs

  Personal Qualifications:
  
• An Honor’s Degree in Mass Communication/lT and or Journalism
  
• Experience: At least 3 years of working experience with a media house(s) and/or other organizations as e Public Relations Officer.
  
• Competencies:
  
• A Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations ls an added advantage ‘
