The Cooper Motor Corporation Uganda Limited ( CMC ) is a Multi-Franchise Motor Operator dealing in sales and after—sales services of transportation vehicles including Ford Ranger, Suzuki, Mazda, Eicher, MAN and agricultural equipment including the New Holland (CNH) Tractors.

CMC (U) Ltd is seeking a dynamic qualified individual to till the following position as part of its team:

Position: Parts Sales Executives
Duty Station: CMC(U)Nakawa—Kampala
Reports to: Parts Manager

Job Purpose:

To sell spare & replacement parts, and equipment to customers, repair workshops or parts stores.

Key Result Areas:

• Determine superseded parts required where applicable.
• Receive and fill telephone orders for parts. '
• Fill customer orders from stock.
• Prepare sales slips.
• Take inventory of stock
• Advise customers on substitution of parts when identical replacements are not available
• Examine returned parts for detects, and exchange detective parts or refund money.
• Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment
• Place new parts on display
• Navigate catalogs, or computer displays in order to determine part numbers and prices.

Experience, Qualifications & Training Required

• Diploma in automotive engineering or Supplies & stores management.
• 3-5years’ experience in a busy automotive store/warehouse.
• Able to navigate online parts catalogue by way of preparing parts quotations to clients among others.
• Be a good communicator with great customer care skills.
• Have negotiation skills.
• Computer literate.
