JOB DETAILS:
Personal Assistant support the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings Answering calls and liaising with clients competently .
Essential Function;
• Maintains CEO office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procedures, completes operational requirements by scheduling and following up on work results.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends, provide general support to staff and visitors, perform clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks.
• Assist and participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Reading, monitoring and responding to email, preliminary drafting of correspondence on CEO behalf, manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments, planning and organizing meetings, taking action points and writing minutes.

Position Requirement:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Secretariat and other related fields
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a corporate company, clerical and administrative roles preference experience within the service industry
• Essential: Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures, excellent time management skills, ability to perform multi-task and prioritize activities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills, proficient in Power Point, Excel MS Office, discretion and confidentiality
