The Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer (PME&L Officer) is responsible for the coordination of the planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning systems for our projects and programmes in Uganda.
This is a full-time position, based in Kampala, with frequent travel to the field. Initial contract period will be for one year, with a possibility of extension .

Terre des Hommes Netherlands is a child-rights organisation committed to stopping child exploitation. As new opportunities emerge throughout the year to expand our activities in Uganda, we are looking for potential partnerships to deliver our projects. Local civil society organisations that work in the geographical and thematic areas of our programme are invited to apply for pre-qualification.
This pre-qualification has two main objectives:
1. To identify local NGOs that have expertise in areas relevant to our programme in Uganda.
2. To develop a database of credible local NGOs from which partners for different projects,
aligned to our themes, will be drawn as and when appropriate.
