Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Pre-sales and After-sales Engineer to support our sales and customer success teams. This role bridges the gap between client needs and technical implementation. You’ll work closely with clients during both the decision-making and implementation stages to ensure our POS systems and software solutions are effectively understood, deployed, and utilized.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-sales Support:
● Assist the sales team in presenting product demos and explaining technical solutions to clients.
● Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored technical proposals and configurations.
● Provide clear responses to client technical questions during meetings or calls.
● Design and suggest optimization or complete technical plans based on the client’s business needs.
After-sales Support:
● Guide customers through the installation, deployment, and setup of purchased systems.
Train customers on the usage of our hardware and software solutions.
● Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and respond promptly to technical queries.
● Work closely with the product team to provide feedback from client experiences and suggest improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (software development background is a plus).
● Strong understanding of technical systems and ability to design or explain solutions effectively.
● Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
● Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Self-motivated, responsible, quick learner, and able to work independently or in a team.
● Experience with POS systems, inventory software, or related tech solutions is a plus.
