African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE) is an inter denominational Evangelical Christian humanitarian not-for-profit NGO that has operated in Uganda since 1981. AEE has embarked on the implementation of a new 5-year Child Centered Community Development Program in Arivu Sub-county, Arua District. AEE Uganda now wishes to invite qualified candidates to apply for the positions listed below

Job Title: Principal (1) "
Reporting to: The Chairperson, Board of Directors

Job Purpose: Serving as the educational leader, the Principal shall be responsible for managing policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines in order to ensure an environment where all staff and students are supervised in a safe Christian learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the Institute, and delivers excellent academic and character results. Duty Station: Masaka Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The position holder will have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or Vocational Studies and 5 years ‘experience in a management position in a postsecondary educational institution. Previous experience in a vocational institution is an added advantage. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong planning, management and leadership skills. They will be a team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to lead a multi- disciplinary team. Experience in working with partners and strong project and financial management skills are essential for this position.
