JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
o Conduct detailed analysis of proposed mergers and acquisitions.
o Assess the potential impact of mergers on competition in the market.
o Prepare reports and recommendations for the Manager Mergers and Acquisitions.
o Assist in the development of competition policies and guidelines.
o Monitor compliance with competition laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Experience in economic analysis or competition analysis.
o Strong analytical and research skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
