PROCUREMENT ADVERT FOR FY 2024/2025
Ibanda Municipal council wishes to invite competent Firms, Groups, Saccos, Associations and Individuals for bidding under prequalification for Construction works, Frame work contracts, & Revenue sources, for FY 2024/2025
PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR: (Construction works, Framework Contracts, & Markets)
WORKS:
• General Building & Construction Works
FRAME WORK CONTRACTS-F/Y 2024/2025
• Provision of Motor Vehicle/cycles service/maintenance, Repair,tyres, tubes & Batteries
• Provision of outside catering & Hall hire services
• Supply/Repair and Servicing of computers, printers, & general ICT
• Supply of Fuel & lubricants
• Supply of general office, printed and accountable stationery & Small office equipments
• Supply/Hire of grader, Parts, & cutting edges. 7) Provision of security services
• Supply of general Buildings & Road Construction materials
• Supply, Repair and Installation of electrical & Solar works
• Supply of General Agriculture inputs, & Seedlings
• Supply of Furniture & school twin Desks
• Management of toilet, office & compound cleaning.
• Provision of casual labours.
MARKETS/REVENUE SOURCES- FY 2024/2025 (Interested bidders can view a full list of revenue sources and their reserve prices from the entity's Procurement and Disposal notice boards & website. www.ibandamc.go.ug
Note: The revenue tenders will be reviewed every after 03 Months
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Applicants/bidders are required to obtain a Payment Reference Number (PRN) from Finance Department of banda Municipal Council and pay non-refundable fees of Ugx 100,000= for the above items apart from class B & C of markets where they pay Ugx 20,000=
Present the deposit Slip to the Cashier, for a general receipt. Present the general receipt to the Procurement unit to obtain the Bid document.
Bids and all other correspondences related to this advert must be written in English and returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked "tender for......Addressed and submitted to The Head of Procurement & Disposal Unit, Ibanda Municipal Council, P.O. Box 54 banda, on or before 12th June 2024 at 10:00Am. Thereafter, bids will be opened in the Council Hall in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
