PROCUREMENT OF A STATION WAGON MOTOR VEHICLE FOR MOICT & NG. - (MOICT/SUPLS/2023-2024/00001)
The Ministry of Information, Communications Technology and National Guidance has allocated/received funds Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of Procurement of One Station Wagon Motor Vehicle for MOICT & NG (MOICT/SUPLS/2023-2024/00001).
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Pro- curement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written applica- tion to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be to URA bank account.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00 am on 13th March 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of a bank guaran- tee of Uganda Shillings Bid securities must be valid until: 27th August 2024.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:15 am (Local Time) on 6th March 2024.
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting/site visit.

(c) Bids must be delivered to: Ministry of ICT and National Guidance - ICT House, 1st Floor, Room 8, Plot 10/12 Parliamentary Avenue
(d) Address of bid opening: Ministry of ICT and National Guidance-ICT House, 1st Floor, Room 10, Plot 10/12 Parliamentary Avenue.
The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows:
a. Publish bid notice 19th February 2024
b. Pre-bid meeting where applicable N/A
c. Bid closing date 6th March 2024
d. Evaluation process (Within 20 working days from bid closing date)
e. Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice (Within 5 working days from Contracts Committee award)
f. Contract signature (After expiry of at least 10 working days from display of the best evaluated bidder notice and Attorney General's approval).).
