The Government of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Development Response to Displacement Impacts Project (DRDIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for provision of Services for Digital media support services through framework contract for DRDIP.

The Office of the Prime Minister now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of Social Media/ Digital Support services under framework contract for DRDIP for a period of Twelve (12) Months.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Head - Procurement and Disposal Unit during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below:

Attn: Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be acquired by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application at no cost to the address below.

The document will be hand delivered to the Bidders upon presentation of evidence of an application Letter.

The Bidding documents may also be obtained electronically by submission of a scanned copy of a duly signed application letter stating the Bidders' official email address. These applications should be sent to the following email addresses: godfreykwaine@gmail.com  Copy: samymusana@gmail.com . The bidding documents will be sent to the email addresses as stated in the application letter for the individual bidders.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th February 2023 at 11:00am. Electronic bidding will NOT be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 17th February 2023 at 11:30 am.
