International School Uganda ( ISU ) is a non-profit, co-educational day school, established in 1967, offering an international education program for students 3 to 19 years old.

POSITION: Procurement Officer
The Procurement Officer is responsible for ensuring that the staff of International School of Uganda
are provided with the supplies, equipment and other resources necessary to carry out their roles. This
includes providing support to the Procurement Coordinator and the Administrative Officer - Stores.
Reports to: Procurement Coordinator
Supervises: None.
Performance Responsibilities
• Oversee the management of stores around the campus, ensuring that they are managed efficiently
• Assist in the provision of necessary supplies, equipment and resources in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in the procurement of supplies, equipment and resources, ensuring the purchasing is timely, to an appropriate quality and in all ways ethical.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Bachelor of Business Administration (Procurement) or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
Job related experience and knowledge.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Procurement and Logistics with experience in multicultural
organization.
