Post: Procurement and Logistic Manager

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS.
The suitable candidate should be male or female aged between 25 and 40 years‘ Applicants. MUST possess a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics or equivalent qualification such as E.com, BBA, B.A/BSC Economics. Such persons should have previously worked in a competitive 3 procurement and logistics portfolio with a minimum of four(4) years’ work experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be expected to and MUST be able to perform the following key duties and responsibilities

• Prepare bidding and tender submission documents
• Carefully study and or prepare procurement and logistics contracts on behalf of the company
• Manage inventories and supplies of commodities to ensure that the company's customers /clients are satisfactorily serviced and steadily supplied.
• Efficiently and effectively manage the procurement and logistics processes of the company keeping records and advising management on the same
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
