Product Support Sales Representatives
The major purpose of the Product Support Sales Representatives is to maximize caterpillar equipment user satisfaction and acceptance for dealer parts and service products. They will also assist caterpillar equipment users in achieving low operating costs through recommending cost effective options and appropriate product support programs aimed at helping the customer make informed decisions

Main tasks include:

• Visit customers, both old and new to advise on how to enhance the value of our products
  
• Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints
  
• Sell the companies parts, service and maintenance opportunities
  
• Ensure prompt delivery of parts and services and corresponding invoices to the customer
  
• Achieve the set targets and performance objectives
  
• Follow up on invoices to ensure payments by the customers
  
• Preparation and updating of sales force (sales management system)

Major requirements for the sales positions.

• To be shortlisted candidates must have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related engineering field
  
• Technical experience is important
  
• Sales experience is desirable
  
• Must have a valid driving license (apart from the internal sales representative position)
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
