JOB DETAILS:
Title: Production Manager Carpentry
Reporting To: Project Manager/ General Manager
Location: Soroti, Start date: ASAP
SYSCF LTD is Christian company that is fully registered in Uganda as charitable organization aimed at training the less privileged young people in the following fields:
Woodwork and machinery, metal Fabrication. .

Major Responsibilities:
• Leading the furniture production, production includes taking costumer side as, drawing their furniture. pricing, production planning. producing.
• Responsible for machines and tools maintenance.
• Responsible for wood store
• Part of teaching body
• Innovation in furniture sales

Education and Experience:
A person should have the following qualifications:
• Carpentry Level ll from a recognized institution.
• Trades test certificate would be an added advantage.
• Ordinary level or its equivalent such as UJTC 

Experience:
• Must have worked with a reputational company for at least 3 years and must have knowledge and experience running carpentry machinery,
• Must have worked in a leading position in the production in a fully equipped machine shop for at least 3 years
• Must be experienced in the whole area of production from drawing. pricing, planning, production to leading production.

Personal Specifications:
• Must be highly self-motivated and willing to learn from others,
• Dedicated Christian
