JOB DETAILS:

Outcome & Key Responsibilities
• Management of the production process and stock keeping.
• Planning and organizing production and maintenance schedules
• Ensuring that HSE and quality regulations are met.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.

Attributes and Competencies
• Good understating of the operation of a coffee processing units
• A background in coffee quality analysis is a key advantage
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. -Background in coffee production reporting
• Zero-criminal record
• Teamwork & Innovative skills
• Ready to work in any time shift

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• Preferred adult not exceeding 35 years of age.
• Education, Bachelor's degree, one in Agro industry is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a coffee Export processing plant.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
