JOB DETAILS:

Outcome & Key Responsibilities
• Support the Production Manager in the supervision of the plant.
• Stock reconciliations and Reporting
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.

Attributes and Competencies
• Familiar with factory operations and supervision of causals.
• understating of coffee quality aspects is a key advantage
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Background in coffee production reporting
• Zero-criminal record
• Teamwork & Innovative skills
• Ready to work in any time shift

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Preferred adult not exceeding 30 years of age.
• Minimum should be Advanced Certificate level, a course in Agro industry is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a coffee industry.

Level of Education: High School
