The Program Assistant will support the implementation of project activities through providing operational support including logistics, administration, and basic finance tasks in an active, fast-paced environment. The Program Assistant will establish and maintain project electronic and paper files, manage petty cash, manage logistics for regional travel, liaising with suppliers, purchase of supplies, complete travel expense reports, organizing conferences, and coordination meetings. The position reports to the Deputy Chief of Party and is Kampala based with some travels to project sites,

Qualifications: This position requires candidates with a Bachelofs Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience or a combination of education and experience in a similar capacity. Professionals with a wide range of education and work experience backgrounds are invited to apply. The candidate must be a highly energetic, organized, self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and achieve results in a busy office of a fast-paced project.
