True North Consult Ltd is a leading Human Resources Consultancy Firm in Uganda. Our Client, FAWEU, is a Non-Governmental Organization established in 1997 to address gender disparities in Education. FAWE Uganda has secured funding from the MasterCard Foundation to implement the Higher Education Access Programme and therefore seeks to hire competent, dynamic and experienced professionals to till the following positions;

Title: Programme Coordinator
Duty station: Kampala. Head Office
Report to: Programme manager

Job: Summary: The Programme Coordinator shall oversee the overall coordination of all aspects of the MasterCard Foundation Higher Education Access Programme including planning, organizing, implementing, and leading programme activities. Qualifications & Experience
Master's Degree in Project Planning & Management, Development Studies, Social Work & Social Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Adult and Community studies and other related fields of study with at least 7 years’ experience working in a similar position. Proficiency in various computer applications such Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms PowerPoint etc is essential.
