motivated individuals to fill the positions of;

1- PROGRAMS MANAGER (1)

Based in Kampala: reports to the Exective Director

Job Specifications:
To be responsible for,
Program management and development, networking at global and national level, partnerships and relationship management, resource mobilization, reporting and coordination.

Must have;
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strategic analysis, team building and people management skills, decision making skills as well as impeccable self-organisation and work planning skills. Program competencies include; advocacy and networking skills; partnership building; proposal development; project idealization and implementation; project monitoring and evaluation; action research and application of research findings for program development.

The successful candidate must possess a Master's Degree in a development related field with a Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields; social sciences, social work, psychology; development studies or a related field. in addition, the candidate must possess at least 5 years consistent and demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects in at least 3 of the following program areas; ~Education, Sponsorship, child protection, WASH, women’s empowerment; livelihoods and food security, or any related program area.
