The leadership of Faith Mission Churches together with Pentecostal Assemblies of God Kitgurn invites applications from suitably qualified mature Christians to serve in Child Ministry Projects of Faith Mission Church Kitgum, PAG Kitgum Town Church,

Job Title: Project Director
Reports to: Project Overseer
Duty Station: PAG (Kitgum CDC)

Job Summary:
The Project Director will serve as the team leader of the project staff. He/she is expected to offer knowledge, guidance and technical skills to different stakeholders in areas of holistic child development, project planning and budgeting. He/she is to ensure that all programmatic financial and sponsor service aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively. He/she shall be an active participant in the local Church where s/he is posted.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must be a mature born again Christian, between age 25-35 and holds a degree in any of the followings: BBA, SWASA, Community Psychology, Adult and Community Education, Development Studies and other humanities with a three years’ work experience in an N60 setting.
