Reports To: Project Overseer
Role Definition: Project Director is the Accounting office of the Child Development Centre and ensures compliance to the commitment in the partnership agreement with Compassion International.

Job Description:-

• Provide advocacy for children and their caregivers in the project.
  
• Head the project, supervise staff and lead spiritual activities such as devotions, retreats etc.
  
• Act as the Accounting office for all the project funds in line with the Compassion Policy.
  
• Responsible for the implementation of the approved project plans and budgets.
  
• Submit monthly reports to the overseer, the Church partner
  
• Committee and other partners required.
  
• Manage the process of child home visitation in accordance with the plan and program of the project.
  
• To challenge and motivate the church to think of other ways of mobilizing resources that can provide sound learning opportunities of the children.
  
• Foster relationship between the donor community, Local Community, Caregivers and the Church.
  
• Work closely with the Church Partner Committee (CPC) on selection of children for sponsorship.
  
• Assist the project staff by sharing responsibility when situation calls for such intervention.
  
• Discharge such other duties as assigned by the Overseer. Qualification:
  Holders of bachelor Degree in any of the following:
  
• Bachelor of Art, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work and Social Administration, Business Administration and Economic (Management)
