JOB DETAILS:
The Full Gospel Churches of Uganda seeks to recruit competent persons to fill the position of;
Job title: Project Director
in their Child Development holistic ministries in Kyenjojo, Mityana and Rakai districts. An administrative Assistant (1 post) based at their Head office in Kampala is also needed.
Reporting relationships:
The Project Director reports to the Project Overseer. The CDO-SDR and CDO-Health reports to the Project Director. The Administrative Assistant reports to the National Overseer.
Job Summary:
Project Director.
He/she is responsible for taking lead of project staff and programing. Specific duties include to:Offer guidance and technical support to staff beneficiaries (children and their care givers), project committee and other stakeholders. Ensure that all programmatic aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively. Lead and support staff in preparation and implementation of plans and budgets. Support, monitor and build capacity of project team to enable them achieve their job roles.
Requirements:
• Age 25-35years
• Christian Maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for ministry and knowledge of the scriptures. Strong interpersonal relationship At least two years' experience in community related work especially dealing with Pastors. A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Development studies. Community Psychology, Child Ministry and any other related field
• Must be practically computer literate.
• Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.
• Having legal knowledge shall be an added advantage

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
