Restaurant Manager Profile
• At least 7 years of previous experience in customer service work and project management.
• Mature, professional attitude and personality
• Able to work independently, yet excellent team player: .

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees and supervises all operational aspects of the project
• Ensures Quality and profitability targets are met.
• Ensure that menu specifications / recipes are adhered to at all times.
• To provide timely and quality meals to the clients.
• Ensure proper system of replenishment of orders made.
• Liaises with Quality Control Dept (QC) to maintain HACCP, food safety ad hygiene requirements throughout all food operations
