JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a competent person with a background in software development and web technologies to plan and oversee projects in the organization from the initial ideation through to completion. This person will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

Skills and requirements:
1. Preferably an educational background in the fields of Business or Business administration, Management, Computer Science, IT or Engineering.
2. Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
6. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

Responsibilities:
1. Source for new work or projects, while engaging clients, and secure growth opportunities
2. Coordinate engineering resources for the flawless execution of projects
3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
4. Liaise with engineering team to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
5. Report and escalate to management as needed
6. Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
