JOB DETAILS:
Overall Description.
The Project Manager for the digitalization and strengthening of case management practices to prevent and address child labor in Coffee farms is in charge of the management, Quality follow-up and operational implementation of the project for the development and piloting of a new digital case management system to Support and protect children working in agriculture (coffee farms) in collaboration with tile private sector.
S/he ensures and manages on a daily basis the actions within its field of intervention, in collaboration with the technical experts and under the supervision of the programme manager. Slhe ensures that the project’s operational results are achieved, especially information Management and capacity development strategies with the private sector, public and community actors; s1he supports the development, adaptation, and piloting of an effective and digitalized case management system to Support and remediate cases of children working and prevent cases of child labor; she monitors results and organizes the capitalization of experiences and replication strangles at the system.

Main responsibilities
Exercised: Project implementation.
• Ensure effective and strict application at project cycle, management processes.
• Define, with the technical experts and the Programme Manager, the operational approaches and most adapted to the context and according to the objectives set.
• Develop the detailed action plan and ensure timely
Implementation of the chronogram of activities.
• Detail and manage the budget.
• Lead on the procurement processes and contracting needed to carry out the planned activities Provide regular analysis of progress and ensure monitoring of project f8SUJtS with suggestions for adjustments as needed.

• Lead the organization of context assessments with local and global partners (FLA, local partners, etc)
• Organize planning and logistics of capacity development plans, and contribute to facilitation, reporting, follow-up.
• Conduct the assessment of needs and capacities of the different actors, both on case management practices and information management system; write related reports and analysis.
• Conduct or contribute to mapping of services and referral pathways in collaboration with FLA and other initiatives in place.
• Organize dissemination plans within the country with Nespresso and local actors.
Technical support
• Collaborate with the technical experts in the development and contextualization of approaches and tools to the implementation of the project, in particular
a. Development and implementation of participatory methodologies with a variety of actors (private sector, public sector, community actors)
b. Collaboration in the participatory analysis of risks and opportunities to protect children from child labor, through systematic and rngltalised case management
c. Contribution to the production and contextualization at training materials on case management and information management system to prevent and manage child labor.
d. Support development of job descriptions, roles and responsibilities of the different actors involved in the system, and tools for assessing skills and expertise.
e. Compilation and analysis of locally existing tools, guidance and knowledge on child labor and protection management systems to align and coordinate with the existing systems of protection and fefe real.
f. Contribution to adaptation and contextualization of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support the IT technical experts in the adaptation and deployment of tl1e software
g. Support and contribute to the development of the forms.
h. Coordinate the testing activities and related adjustments and follow-up needed.
L. Support troubleshooting by liaising and following-up on needs with the relevant actors and experts.
j. Identify needs and opportunities for inter-operability, migration of data, etc in collaboration with the relevant actors and experts.
Coordination and communication.
1. Organize and facilitate the various coordination groups needed for effective implementation of the pilot, ia sets agenda, minutes, follow-up
2. Develop tools and modes to facilitate effective internal and external communication.
3. Ensure good communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the project
4. Creation of project-related documents.
5. Coordinate, assist and contribute to evaluation of results and deployment I scale up guide.
6. Contribute to other duties as needed and requested.

Qualifications
1. At least 5 years' experience' in the formulation, Design, Implementation, and evaluation of social protects, particularly in the area of child labor.
2. Experience in the implementation and supervision of case management of children and adolescents at risk or victims of violence is preferable.
3. Experience in producing training materials and if) training a variety of stakeholders, including private sector, government. And community stakeholders.
4. Experience in participatory approaches, methodologies of diagnosis and intervention in the protection of children from child labor if) the agricultural sector.
5. Skills tor research, writing and analysis of social needs and problems with a contextual, systematic, and participatory approach.
6. Experience in reporting.
7. Excellent planning skills and coordination earaches.
8. Excellent English, French is a plus.
