JOB DETAILS:
Excel Construction Ltd. seeks Project Managers. Reporting to the Director - Projects, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Supervision of Building works
• Man-Power management
• Quality and Value management Budgeting for materials
• Preparation of Material Requirement Schedules
• Preparation of budget for various activities in the project. Preparation / collection of BOQ based on actual drawings
• Preparing material requirement schedule, Checking material indent raised from site
• Preparation of monthly material reconciliation report for each site
• Responsible for collection of monthly progress reports and preparation of MIS report for each site.

Qualifications
• Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in either Building or Civil Engineering
• with at least 5 years of relevant working experience and 3 years or more as a Project Manager in a construction company.
• UIPE registration will be an added advantage.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
