JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Construction Manager

Qualification and Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience and Knowledge:
• At least 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, civil engineering works, and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with construction tools and technologies, including CAD software.
• Demonstrated ability to work on large-scale projects with a contract value of $30 million or more.

Job Summary:
The Project Site Engineer will manage daily construction site activities, including overseeing the quality and progress of work, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising contractors and laborers. This role requires coordinating with various teams, managing site logistics, and resolving any on-site issues to ensure smooth and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily construction site operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely work.
• Resolve any site-related issues, including technical, safety, and logistical problems.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and site inspections.
