JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Construction Manager

Qualification and Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience and Knowledge:
• At least 5 years of experience in surveying for construction projects.
• Proficiency in surveying instruments and equipment, such as Total Stations and GPS systems.
• Experience in conducting land surveys, preparing detailed maps, and creating construction plans.
• Hands-on experience with projects of $30 million or more in value.

Job Summary:
The Project Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring the accurate measurement and layout of land for construction. This includes preparing land surveys, conducting measurements, and ensuring the appropriate placement of structures according to project plans. The Surveyor will work closely with the engineering team to ensure all surveys comply with regulatory standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct land and site surveys for construction projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to interpret survey data and make adjustments to designs as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports and drawings.
• Ensure that construction complies with all legal and environmental regulations.
• Advise the project team on any issues related to land and site conditions.
