JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, the candidate will be part of a team of professionals, in our Property and Real Estate Division
Essential roles and responsibilities
• The role will be responsible for the management and execution of day-to-day activities of all issues relevant to properties including vacant land: buildings, infrastructure, and services. Actively participate in the construction and maintenance of properties.
• Liaison with Architects, Planners, Contractors suppliers, and other consultants.
• Planning, implementing and ensuring quality for preventative and all other maintenance and repair requirements using internal resources or external suppliers as appropriate Ensuring compliance with maintenance contract terms, processes, and procedures Implementing and reviewing that the premises follow applicable laws, regulations standards and guidelines.
• Familiar with procedures for renewal of leases.
• Rates payment, subdivisions, environmental issues, approvals, and other requirements associated with the Lands Departments and Local Councils.
• Familiar with commercial and residentialitenancy agreements, licenses, and procedures related to leases and rent defaulters.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in written form to a variety of audience? Experience and understanding of organizational and natu nt skills.
• Strong interpersonal skill: tacl, patience, and ability to work in i multi-cultural environment with multiple stakeholders Background in principal theorie and practices of mechanical engineering
• electrical engineering/facilities operations and maintenance.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and
• work on multiple tasks and demands.
• Highly motivated, self-starting individual, willing and capable to take on important responsibilities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD, and Arch CAD will be an advantage.
• Ability to interpret and prepare basic Bills of Quantities.
• A good 'eye' for observing defects and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Applicable Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in corporate real estate portfolio management.
