PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Save the children International (Uganda Country Office) seeks proposals from competent and experienced firms with international presence to provide extemal Audit services to the organization for a period of three (3) years
Overview of the assignment
Save the Children International (Uganda Country Office) intends to engage the services of an experienced and competent External Audit firm to provide an independent & professional review and opinion of both its institutional and different donor project financial statements in regard to being a true and fair representation of its affairs for the periods 31st December, 2024, 2025 and 2026. The firm shall further confirm that the financial statements are prepared in compliance with the relevant regulatory frameworks, administrative procedures and conor requirements. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with ISA as published by the international Auditing and Assurance Standards Board of the International Federation of Accountants (FAC), with special reference to 15A 800 (Auditor's Report on Special Purpose Audit Engagements).
A complete set of Proposal documents in English with further details can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 payable to the organizations Standard Chartered Bank account in the names of Save the Children International, Account Number 0108214719000. Please note that without proof of payment, no Bid document shall be issued neither received on submission
Clearly labeled and sealed bids marked "Request for Proposals for provision of Extermal Audit Services" must be delivered by hand or electronically and registered at the Procurement Unit to the address below on or by Wednesday 06th November, 2024 by 2:00pm. (EAT).
NB: Late bids shall be rejected
