INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS UNDER PROCUREMENT
REF. NO. TVRA/SUPLS/SRVCS/WRKS 2025-2027

The Victim Relief Alliance (TVRA), a non-governmental organization working with refugees and host communities in Uganda, is in the process of soliciting service providers for the year 2025-2027. This is therefore to invite suitably qualified vendors to submit prequalification applications for the assorted categories of supplies, services, and works for the period 2025–2027.

Terms and Conditions

Interested eligible bidders may obtain prequalification documents in English upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings) for each category. Payment should be made to Account Name: Victim Relief Alliance Limited, Account No.: 1232230340107, at any Centenary Bank branch.

Bid submission:
After payment, send proof of payment to the address below and collect the prequalification document. Complete the form and submit it in a sealed envelope labeled "Prequalification for Provision of [Category Name]" to the Procurement Office at the address below:
Victim Relief Alliance Limited, Plot 44, Kampala Road, Ground Floor, Kampala, Uganda.

Deadline:
The deadline for receiving bids shall be 28th February 2025 at 10:00 am. Late submissions will not be accepted. TVRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application or all applications.

Evaluation:
The bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the prequalification document. Only bidders who meet the minimum qualification requirements will be contacted.

Note: Bids in receipt of payment for the non-refundable fee are encouraged to re-apply.
