National Drug Authority has allocated funds to be used for Provision of Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services under framework contract.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, Act 1 of 2003 and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be paying through Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited UGX Account Number 9030005759829.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 before 11:00 a.m. on 22nd August 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 11,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Eleven million). Bid securities must be valid until 24th March 2025. Late bids shall rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below in No. 8 at 11:30 a.m. on 22nd August 2024.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting.
Documents may be inspected, issued, delivered and opened at:
National Drug Authority. Procurement & Disposal Unit, 2nd Floor.
Plot 13, Buganda Road. PO BOX 23096, Kampala (U).
