- The Bidding document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter to the ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER PROCUREMENT at the address in (2) above. Bidders are to obtain BANK Payment Registration Slips from the URA website www.ura.go.ug and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 to any of the 21 banks authorized to receive Non-Tax REVENUE fees on behalf of URA.
